Run Lola Run

This week in class we watched the film Run Lola Run. Most people that I talked to about this film did not seem to like it, however when I watched I found it to be actually pretty good. The film starts out with Lola receiving a phone call from her boy friend telling her that he is going to rob a bank because he had lost 100,000 Marks and he is planning to rob a super market so he can make up the 100,000 Marks he owes his boss. Lola urges her boy friend not to go through with it and tells him she will organize the money in the 20 minutes that his boss is going to meet him. Lola then runs through the town of Berlin and takes the money from her father who is a banker. However a series of events happen that does not go Lola's way, so the film resets like a video game and Lola tries it again and again until she finally got it to the outcome she wanted. Even though most people didn't like this movie I would definitely watch it again and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
