After reading this book I found it to have a very good plot, and it always kept me reading. However the beginning of the book seemed to go by slow due to the fact that here wasn't very many interesting events that were happening.

Frankenstein Conclusion
Continuing where I left off from my last post the monster meets with Victor and demands that he creates a significant other for him. At first Victor refuses, then the beast explains that the reasoning for his his abrupt behavior is loneliness, and he tells Victor he will take his mate down to South America to hide in the forest away from humanity. Victor then agrees and the beast tells him we will be monitoring his progress so that he sticks to his word. After his meeting with the beast Victor puts off his responsibility to create a mate for the creature, he realizes that in order to create a mate he will need to travel to England to gather information. He then joins a man for a two year tour, and eventually they end up in Scotland and Victor then leaves the tour early to begin his work on the monster's mate on an island in the Orkneys. After Victor begins he then has second thoughts about what he is doing. He begins to ask himself; what if they have children? Then there would be a new dominate species that he himself has created. Terrified by his thoughts he destroys his work and this enrages the beast, the beast vows that he will get revenge and will be with him on his wedding night. Victor then leaves to be with his fiancé. Once the two are united they begin planning their wedding. However Victor is worried that the monster will kill him once Elizabeth and he are married. Finally Victor's wedding day arrives and he and his wife travel to a family cottage where they can be alone. Extremely worried Victor leaves Elizabeth alone in another room. While Victor is extremely nervous Elizabeth then lets out a horrifying scream. At this point Victor then realizes that the monster was never going to harm him, he was going to kill his wife. After this Victor then spends the remainder of his life tracking and hunting the monster to kill him.
